I drew this in hopes to make a button based on what I've heard from black friends, activists, and just folks in general about their natural hair. I've been told about how people always want to touch it and that when people do this it makes them feel like a zoo animal or pet of sorts. Because this is an intimate topic about a minority I am not a part of I found it essential that I explain the button and that though it is written from a black individual's perspective I am in no way trying to speak for the black community. Just carry on a message through imagery.

Here's how it works:

(The smallest circle is what will be on the face of the button, the middle circle will round the edges of the button (draw to that point), the third circle is where to cut out your design)

Tragedy struck last weekend and hit the original va**na button and sad clown. When water bottles leak, I tell ya! That being said, Bangin' Buttons is still chugging along. Sometimes water damage adds to the art!
