๐๐ In the first of our "Therapy Bites" video series for #childrensmentalhealthweek we have our lovely Hypno4Children Practitioner Carla along with her very smart helper Lena teaching us about how to recognise and regulate our feelings in an easy feelings game that only takes a few minutes. Look at how Lena's body language and facial expression positively change during the exercise!
