tional plastic products and associated tooling. Meeting our customer’s production quality standards and delivery requirements is very important to us. Rotational moulding (also called rotomoulding) is a unique plastic moulding process used primarily to create seamless, stress-free, hollow, one-piece parts. Parts are moulded with plastic powders at high temperature in a rotational moulding machine. The die is rotated on two perpendicular axis forming an even wall thickness to create a hollow moulding. The finished product is very strong and durable compared to other forms of plastic manufacturing.
