is the brainchild of Gee Singh and Mike Ricketts, combined we have the equivalent of over half a century's experience of contract, project, business and site management, new builds, property renovations, ground works and landscaping. Mike has thirty eight years' experience in the building trade, gaining a wide range of skills from small joinery jobs such as door hanging, to larger projects includi

ng restoration work on an English Heritage property. The most unusual job Mike has worked on was the conversion of a bungalow in Nottinghamshire into a Spanish style villa, including landscaping the garden, complete with palm trees. Gee has spent sixteen years in the decorating trade, starting at the Family Housing Association, Manchester, during which time he completed an NVQ level 3 in Painting and Decorating. Gee attended the University of Salford and after completed commercial student accommodation contracts for seven years
