It’s National Retro Day, making it the perfect day to highlight one of my favorite Universal Orlando resorts, Cabana Bay Beach Resort!

🛏 This resort offers affordable, fun, retro-style rooms, some with a great view of Volcano Bay, as well as family suites that sleep up to 6 and 2 bedroom suites that sleep up to 8.
🌋 Volcano Bay is just a short walk away and shuttle service is available to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and CityWalk.
🌅 Staying onsite will give you Early Park Admission to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay (valid park admission required).

A rainy day at Disney is still better than a day at home!

Don’t let a rainy day at Disney get you down! Here are some rainy day tips!

💧 Bring disposable ponchos or a raincoat. Reusable ponchos are available to purchase at the parks if you don’t bring your own.
💧 There are many indoor rides and shows you can enjoy while you wait out the rain.
💧 Take an afternoon break to relax and refresh at your resort.
💧 At Magic Kingdom, if the Festival of Fantasy parade is canceled there is a great alternative you can watch, the Rainy Day Cavalcade (as long as lightning is not in the area).

My family likes to stay and play! We throw on ponchos and enjoy the parks with lighter crowds.
