Genispec inspections (Genispec) is a multifaceted engineering consulting firm specialized in the inspection of buildings.

We perform these services in the montreal area and its surroundings on multi-family residential, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. We perform complete ASTM inspection procedures for the new RBQ law 122 for facades and underground parking inspection to provide an in depth analysis of the facades as required by the RBQ in order to determine any defect which could jeopardize safety

or contribute to the development of dangerous conditions. We have working relationships with many qualified individuals throughout the province. From Certified Thermographers to Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIH) for asbestos and vermiculite testing as well as mold and indoor air quality investigations to many different disciplines of engineering services, we have the experience and knowledge to handle any size project. Our expertise is in multi-family and commercial building facade evaluations. Using our proven inspection techniques, we can rapidly identify costly hidden damage behind most facades.
