Just Read Raavan : Enemy of Aryavarta, a book by Amish in his Ramchandra Series. I think Amish is loosing his charm. The book is very much contradictory to his previous books. Book is not confident about to whom address as victim and whom villain. In the fit to create a series many subplots are added but in the end most seems unimportant to get story forward. Also to give extravagant look to Raavan and his so called pirate empire many modern day conflicts and areas are mixed in story but they looked little more exhausting to reader. One main plot hole in Sita Warrior of Mithila that regarding lady Annapoorna and her story of taking refuge in Malayaputra capital is avoided altogether while it could have more interesting than Kumbhakarna's mission in Africa. Also Vedavati as mother of Sita is so out fetched plot that is impossible to believe because even if the vulture picked up Sita as newly born child in Vaidyanath as mentioned in Raavan Enemy of Aryavarta it could not have traveled for months in sky while at last Sita was found by Sunaina and Janak as mentioned Sita was few months old in Sita Warrior of Mithila.
It's far fetching try to get together pieces of jigsaw puzzle to give it collective look. But some space between pieces is still visible.
The story would have been good and faster if many unreal characters were removed.
Backstory of Samichi also looked so unreal.
On the whole Raavan Enemy of Aryavarta failed miserably in context of Ram Scion of Ikshwaku and Sita Warrior of Mithila.
So let's se what Amish will do to cover so many plot holes in next book of series...
