As a professional singer, Genevieve has a wide range, from soprano to mezzo to alto, and sings styles from folk to rock to classic rock to western cowboy to pop. She is the daughter of a Juilliard-trained opera singer and Broadway singer/actress. Genevieve performed in jazz ensembles, a ca****la groups, musicals, plays and in several bands in New York City for 20 years before moving out to southern Utah. Currently singing, playing guitar and percussion in the popular band Ron and Genevieve, she performs weekly for thousands of international tourists at the Canyon Collections of hotels in southern Utah, as well as at annual events and festivals, including Western Legends Round-Up and the Grand-2-Grand Ultra Footrace. As a musical and creative person, her ear is exceptional and, therefore, she hears subtle differences in her reads, can give a wide variety of reads, understands timing intuitively and can work with music well.
