Had a lovely time at Lodge Lakes France. Caught 12 fish all together. I had 5, so did my dad and my sister had 2. The fish ranged from 15lb 8oz to 35lb 8oz. The smallest fish was caught by me but that was a stunning koi carp(15lb,8oz). Also, i caught the biggest weighing 35lb,8oz.

This was a 32lbs sturgeon that i caught at 12:40 on friday night. This topped my weekend along side with another 5 carp. This immaculate fish was caught on 2 pieces of hair-rigged sweetcorn with a 20lbs braided hook length followed by a 10lbs main-line.This was while fishing for carp.

Both from the same pool but not on the same day... This pool holds fish up to 30 and on the day of the second one i lost it... I will catch it soon there are a lot more carp to catch and i have caught lot more fish than that from there but hoping to go back maybe next Sunday. The first one is up to you to decide what it is because i didn't have scales on the day and it was unexpected but the second one is 13'2. Didn't feel it or look it but it was... I think my scales might be a bit wrong.

Personal best at 20lbs at Wyndford Mill Farm, Great Chatwell. Caught on a piece of bread floating on the top.The pools have been recently re stocked. There are new tench at around 1lbs and new carp around 2'13lbs being average. I currently hold the record for the new carp of 3'13. My profile picture is an example of a 2'10 mirror from the small pool. The nature is brilliant and there are three pools of which one holds two sturgeon and around 20 Koi carp all above 10lbs each the best baits are sweetcorn,maggot or worms.
