I hate to say it ,but my body is starting to feel it.
This yr.is 35 yrs of building& Remodeling. I still would rather be on the job site working than in my office doing paperwork..
This job site doesn't have enough room for the use of my Telehandler/ Lull which means alot more.lifting/ lugging of materials..

Working on a 68'long building with water and outside grade issues.
Outside grade can't be re done to divert water away from building.
The fix will be build temp wall to hold up building,remove about 40" off the bottom of wall form up a concrete wall.re attach wall to new concrete wall.
Grade issue solved.

Consumption is about 2/3rds of of my Production for this day..
This past winter I spent about $750.00 for heat/ Electricity for my house and garage/ shop.
Didn't start producing until August last yr. Producing for a full yr.I will have enough credits to get us through next winter..
$21.00 a month cmp bills will be the new norm.Heating/ cooling and all my electricity usage..
For comparison I typically spent $1000.00 a winter on propane just to heat my shop to 50 degrees.
Now I heat it to 60 degrees with 1 Fujitsu heat pump.
Have 3 Fujitsu heat pumps heating my house.1 Heat pump water heater.
I do have a pellet stove for a back up. Haven't needed it yet..
I don't condone taking precious farm land or wildlife areas for solar fields.I still believe we can do our part to off set our electricity usage without losing valuable/ important land.
My system literally takes up about 400 sq. Ft of what use to be a overgrown lawn area.
Thank you to Maine Solar Solutions and Northeast Heat Pumps for helping us take care of our little piece of the World..

House sustained minimal damage could have been alot worse.
Five new windows,melted siding,some damaged decking.
