I am a certified personal trainer of 5 years and former college athlete who maintained his love for fitness and wants to help others achieve their fitness and health goals with his fitness knowledge. I am fitness advocate, and willing to attempt most physical feats in order to seek the best combinations of exercise routines. I have been a fitness and sports advocate since playing sports as a youth
, with specific interest in Track and Field and baseball. This carried him to a successful high school career and experience in a Division 1 college athletic program. His experience in college and pursuit of a healthy lifestyle is what has driven him toward a life of fitness. Upon graduating from college, I continued to focus on ways of fitness while working full time. I practice consistency and sure to workout several times a week and relay the benefits of working out and healthy living to the community. This passion of fitness encourage me to obtain hispersonal training certification in 2010 through ISSA and obtain a position as a part time personal trainer as a local gym and start an independent training business. I also hold a certification as a P90x Certified Professional as of November 2012 and have additional experience in several areas of fitness. This includes sport specific training as a former D1 Collegiate Track and Field Athlete and martial arts with 10 years in Tae Kwon Do and 2 years in Muay Thai, including amateur competition. Other activities include 5k runs and other obstacles races. I enjoy helping and pushing clients to reach their fitness goals. My favorite type of workouts include Full Body Cross-fit style, HIIT, and Supersets. SERVICES

The types of training that I can provide include cross-fit style, conditioning, track/obstacle course racing, boot camps, and overall fitness. I have been doing personal training for five years and come from a fitness and collegiate sports background. Sessions can be held anywhere including personal residences, parks, or local gyms.
