New sidecar screen machined from some round bar I have had for awhile . It is so I have something rigid to attach a hood too . Teenie said she is not sitting in an open sidecar in the rain . As it took a few years to get her to go in one needs must .

Fitted an electric gear shift to a new Ducati street fighter for a pal . Lots of thinking and trial and error . There is not a lot to attach it too ..

Second part of rusty Harley exhaust clamp fix. Stainless studs and a drilling fixture to remove old studs.

Repairing a fork lift truck axle. The 2 bits of scrap next to the bearing are the remains of the 2 bearings I took out.......... nay.......... ground out . I had to machine 4mm off the fork end face where it had worn out and make a bronze spacer to take up the play . All this for the sake of regular greasing!!!

Had enough of rusty harley exhaust clamps. Went a bit daft now have made titanium ones they will outlive the bike.

Great job to do . Repair exhurst port on a 1950,s Triumph Terrier . Weld up the port then bore out and rethread
