Happy New Year Visual Windows Fans. December was a record month. Kelly was out of action for two weeks in December after her surgery. She will be back full time next week. Nick and Ian kept things going. Here's hoping 2013 finds you all safe and well and you all enjoyed time with your family and friends :-)

A few years back i had an editorial add in the Hibiscus Matters. I talked about cleaning windows at height and about a particular Client of mine who was a lovely old man. He didn't think I could clean successfully his very high two story feature window. It was high and when he doubted me I doubted myself. So I made him a deal. I would clean it for free first time perfectly. I proved him wrong. I got the job and have been cleaning his windows regularly for over four years. He passed last year and I miss him. I went to see Sue yesterday and had a good catch up, with everything that I have had going on lately I hadn't been around to see her for a while. You make connections with people in your life and I value all my Clients and I don't mean a dollar value.
