Due to the current and forecasted impact of Tropical Storm Kristine (International name: Trami) on flight operations, Cebu Pacific has cancelled the following flights:

Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.



2. Travel Fund



Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)



3. Refund



Full refund of your ticket.



CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and a travel fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from the following destinations:



San Jose – October 22 – 24, 2024

Cauayan, Laoag, Tuguegarao - October 23- 25, 2024

Legazpi - October 24, 2024

Masbate, Naga, Virac – October 24 - 25, 2024

Passengers on these flights may avail themselves of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.



As this is a developing situation, some flight changes may take place as the storm passes. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status and update their contact details via the Manage Booking portal to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates.

Alert: Expect busier Manila Terminal 2 starting November 5

Beginning November 5, we expect a higher passenger volume at Terminal 2 of Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), when three other airlines transfer their domestic flights from another NAIA terminal to Terminal 2. This is part of an ongoing terminal rehabilitation and reshuffling initiative of the new NAIA airport management.

Given this situation, we highly encourage you to:

· Allot extra time at Manila airport: Check-in online and arrive early at the airport so you can have extra time to undergo airport procedures – at least 3 hours prior to departure for domestic flights.

· Monitor your flight status: Stay updated on your flight status by logging on to www.philippineairlines.com. Visit the Flight Status section at https://www.philippineairlines.com/en/flight-status.

· Ensure your luggage is properly labeled with your name, phone number, and email address: Consider adding a unique identifier, like a ribbon or strap – to make your bag easily recognizable. This will help you quickly identify your luggage in the carousel area.

· Follow airport announcements: Pay attention to public announcements and signs within the terminal for the latest information.

Please note that there is NO CHANGE to PAL's terminal assignments at Manila airport:

· All PAL domestic flights depart from and arrive at NAIA Terminal 2;

· All PAL international flights depart from and arrive at NAIA Terminal 1.

New NAIA Infrastructure Corp. (NNIC) General Manager Angelito Alvarez announced the following Flight Terminal Changes

✈️ 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 1 will be exclusive to Philippine Airlines (PAL)
✈️ 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 2 will serve domestic flights for PAL and Cebu Pacific
✈️ 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 3 will accommodate all international carriers
✈️ 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 4 will be for AirAsia flights.

The effective date of these changes has yet to be announced. Meanwhile, please follow what is written in your flight details and wait for any changes!

DIRECT FLIGHTS FROM TACLOBAN TO DAVAO RESUME ON OCTOBER 2024

Low-cost carrier Cebu Pacific announced yesterday, August 6, 2024 the resumption of Tacloban-Davao direct flight operations.

Three weekly flights will service the Tacloban-Davao route starting October 29 this year as part of Cebu Pacific's plan to expand their network. Just last month, the airline company added the operating flights to and from Manila to 48 flights weekly, and 19 flights weekly from Cebu.

The budget carrier is offering as low as P1 base fare promo on the new route until August 15 to encourage more travelers.

HELLO, ILOILO! CEBU PACIFIC REVIVES ILOILO-TACLOBAN ROUTE IN OCTOBER

Budget carrier Cebu Pacific surprises netizens as they announce the revival of the Iloilo-Tacloban route. On Wednesday morning, the airline's official page unveiled a new seat sale, highlighting the reintroduction of direct flights between Iloilo and Tacloban, as well as a new route to Zamboanga.

The Iloilo-Tacloban route will operate four times a week, with flights scheduled every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. The inaugural flight for this revived route is set for October 27, 2024.

With the addition of this route, Iloilo City will become the fourth destination serviced by direct flights from Tacloban's Daniel Z. Romualdez Airport, joining Manila, Cebu, and Davao City in expanding regional connectivity.

The center of Tropical Storm ENTENG was estimated to be 115 km northeast of Infanta, Quezon, or 85 km east-southeast of Baler, Aurora (15.5°N, 122.4°E) as of 10:00 AM. The storm is currently packing maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h near the center, with gusts reaching up to 90 km/h. Its central pressure is measured at 994 hPa. ENTENG is moving northwestward at a speed of 15 km/h. Strong to gale-force winds extend outwards up to 290 km from its center.
