QuickFire review is in for the pack! Keep in mind field testing is still needed but I'd say it can definitely go for the journey!
When I received the product 6 months ago June 2016 I read how it would never expire (Great because fishing for the year was already well underway and I was only packing what I trusted.), it went on to say it came in waterproof pouches, burn time up to ten minutes.
This will be a short 0 BS or frills review!
It had a wax like texture and lit easily with a lighter.
I submerged the packets for hours and again it lit well with a lighter.
I submerged the product and yet again it lit well!
It required a flame to light but burned for an extended period of time making it possible to light wet tender. I used wet tender on wet ground to cut the out the tears later. When you need to make a fire now and wet location is where you do what you do QuickFire is a great adder to your pack. It comes in packets not much bigger than a sugar packet and really pack a punch for the size!

Today I will do my first review of some fire starter I got from QuickFire. This will determine if it is pack worthy. I will put it under extremes and see what it takes!
