We recently advertised for a position within our company for an office administrator. We would like to add that the role is on a part-time basis and the hours are from 09:30 to 14:30 (these are negotiable) If you are interested please see the below.
Creesons are growing once more and have a job vacancy for an office administrator. We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy person to carry out administrative tasks ensuring the rest of our staff have adequate support to work efficiently.
Requirements
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage but not essential.
