Mount Guiting-Guiting, located on Romblon Island, is a challenging and iconic peak in the Philippines. Mt. Amuyao, located in Barlig, Mountain Province, Philippines, stands at an elevation of 2,702 meters above sea level, making it one of the highest peaks in Luzon. Known for its challenging yet rewarding trail, the Barlig route is the most popular and offers stunning views of the Cordillera mountain range, sea of clouds, and vibrant mossy forests.The trail is approximately 8 to 10 kilometers long (one way) and typically takes about 8 to 10 hours to ascend, depending on the hiker’s pace and weather conditions.
