RESPECT is a key foundation to equestrian skills, not only respecting your Horse but respecting other around you. We teach riders to be aware of others both on the ground and in the saddle, always respecting their own horse’s space and emotions as well as others in the ring or third party spectators and visitors to their club or stables. Our key focus is to make sure that all riders are responsible for their own safety as well as the safety or others. Equestrians need to have the concentration and ability to judge distance and instinctively feel their horse and surroundings. Riders use their entire bodies to tell their horse what they want them to do; the way they sit, move their hands, the pressure of their legs. Making decisions based on the riders own initiative. A talented equestrian knows their horse as well as they know their best friend if not better. Horse riding and equestrian studies can be challenging.
