Through the front door of Belindas del Campanario and on the ground floor of the air conditioned property, you will feel the character and charm of a Spanish property but see a fully fitted modern kitchen with fridge-freezer, cooker and microwave. There is the first of three bathrooms on this floor, which includes toilet, shower and sink. From the kitchen and through a brick archway there is a dining table and chairs with and further still there is a lounge with television and fire. From the lounge and through the patio doors you will find a good sized garden with a terracotta tiled private patio area with a covered dining area for you to indulge in alfresco dining. From the ground floor and up the traditional Spanish staircase to the first floor, you will find the properties bedrooms. On the first floor, the master bedroom comprises of a double bed with additional bunkbeds, plenty of storage which leads to a south facing terrace with sea views. Also on the first floor is a twin room, again with plenty of storage which also leads onto a terrace. In addition there is a bathroom consisting of bath, separate shower, double sink and toilet. On the second floor of Belindas del Campanario you will find another twin bedroom, the third bathroom of the property which has a bath with shower over, toilet and sink. On this floor you have access to a large private sun terrace with sea views and a comfortable seating area. Belindas del Camapanario is perfectly located on the south Coast of Spain in the Province of Malaga. The nearest airport is approximately 40km West of Malaga on the AP-7 highway and is within easy travelling distance to several golf courses and the popular holiday destinations of Marbella which is 10 minutes away and Fuengirola. It is 3 minutes from one of the most beautiful harbours on the coast, port of Cabopino and 25 minutes from Puerto Banus
Sitio de Calahonda itself is a more family orientated area with the local beach approximately 10mins walk away from the property. Within a few minutes’ walk from Belindas del Campanario there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants, or slightly further, a supermarket. If you wanted to explore the local area further then there is an accessible transit bus that connects the Costa del Sol via Malaga and Marbella, or there are car rental companies in Sitio de Calahonda itself. This gives the freedom to explore the exclusive beaches of Marbella
Or if it is a bit more excitement you are after then the water parks of Fuengirola and Mijas are within driving distance and make excellent days out whether you are 6 or 60.
