A few simple things can save you $$$ with your HVAC (heating @ air) system. Change your pre-filters by rinsing clean with hose or shower, then let dry. Replace main air filter. $80 Medford Heating & Air, or $28 homedepot.com. Enjoy your weekend everyone! Feel free to msg me ANYTIME with questions about your home. Started a timber framing project today. Breaking out of the box and keeping the job site exciting! And yes, the logs are HEAVY!

Started this shower on Tuesday, should be done with all the cutting tomorrow. Then it's grout time! Turned out pretty nice for a shower at a horse ranch.
