We are delighted to introduce you to Casa de la Cargan, a luxurious frontline villa nestled within the prestigious gated community of El Valle Golf Resort. Conveniently located just 15 minutes from Murcia International Airport and an hour from Alicante International Airport, Casa de la Cargan is easily accessible for travelers.

**Amenities and Comforts**
Our villa features three well-appointed bedrooms, including two with double beds and one with two single beds, accommodating up to six guests. We also provide two travel cots and high chairs for families traveling with young children. With two spacious bathrooms—equipped with showers and a luxurious whirlpool bath bath—your comfort is our priority.

For your entertainment, enjoy free fast Wi-Fi, British TV channels, a 56" smart TV, smart TVs in each bedroom, a PS4, and a Bose stereo system. The villa is fully air-conditioned to ensure a pleasant atmosphere throughout your stay.

**Relaxation and Recreation**
Experience the tranquility of our private heated pool (available for an additional fee of £200 per week), complete with a removable child safety fence. The villa also boasts a traditional Spanish barbecue area, perfect for enjoying evenings with family and friends.

Happy New Year everybody at Casadelacargan we are constantly looking to improve our villa. We have just installed a new wall and pool heater extending our rental season from spring to autumn the beauty of Spain is even in April. The temperatures are between 25 and 30 all the way up to October. ☀️😎🇪🇸

Casa de la cargan a luxury frontline south facing villa set in the Beautiful gated community of El Valle golf resort with its award winning golf course it something to be admired by all even if golf isn't your thing from the beautiful lake as a back drop to one of the most relaxing holidays you could wish for with all of your home comforts you really will feel like your home from home

There are two airports locally with major airlines frequently flying

This resort has everything you could ask for while on holiday on site there is a clubhouse that has a selection of the most amazing food at reasonable prices including entertainment in the main season and a supervised children’s soft play area
Next to the club house there is a spar supermarket with all British products so if you want a quiet night watching the TV or using your traditional Spanish barbecue Area to cook up a treat for friends and family then you're covered

If sitting around the family friendly pool which has a removable child safety fence isn't for you then just 20 minutes away you also have the Beautiful city of Murcia is rich in culture and full of authentic Spanish restaurants open until late with lots of festivals to enjoy all year round
also 20 minutes from the villa you can find several shopping centres with all the big shops Primark H&M and many more
There are also a beautiful historic buildings including a cathedral and Coliseum.

If you are looking for some fun you also have amusements such as a zoo, theme park ,mud baths , 3 x go karts one just ten minutes away and much more for you to discover

We would recommend renting a car to enjoy the best of your holiday as there is lots to do if you are happy to explore this beautiful region of Spain

We found this little Gem recently just 30 minutes drive from Casadelacargan in the beautiful historical town of Cartagena
The cove is Cala cortina and we here great things about the sea food restaurant also 😍☀️🇪🇸🏖
