Created as an architecture design's practice in 2003 by Nawfal BAKHAT, our office has been adopting a vertical integration strategy to cover the totality of the construction planning chain of value becoming, thus, a full-service architectural practice. Aiming for architectural design excellence, we work in full synergy with experts issued from diverse technical backgrounds (ex. Management Consulta

nts, Engineers, Designers) and intercultural experiences. The firm has been developing an assorted portfolio of projects in Morocco, encompassing projects in a wide range of sectors including commercial; cultural; hotel and residential; institutional; retail; industrial; and sports centers. Recently, we have been working on several large-scale developments such as the Palais des Arts et de la Culture in Tangiers, the Grand Stade de Tetouan, and the Tangier Automotive City Headquarters.

On April 30,2024 the UNESCO and Herbie Hancock Institute of Jazz held the International Jazz Day Global Concert in Tangier, Morocco.
The venue chosen for this world class, all stars event (presented by the great Jeremy Irons) was The Palace of Arts and Culture. A building we are proud of having designed and supervised the construction.
Here is a glimpse on the story of this project and its wonderful, memorable opening night.

Hilton announced the signing of an agreement to open Canopy by Hilton Tangier Bay. Expected to open in 2026, the hotel will mark the introduction of Hilton’s lifestyle brand, Canopy by Hilton to the city of Tangier.
