From Devon to Disney

Hi everyone! The reason I've been so quiet on here is because I have been working on my final project which i usve now handed in! This means my degree in costume production is now finished!!:😁

My final project was my own design and interpretation of the character Redd from Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean ride, so I thought I'd share it here.

I really challenged myself with this project as it's very historical based and I couldn't be happier with it.

A journey into pure imagination 🍫

Last night we went to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory: The Musical at the Theatre Royal in Plymouth!

It's such a fun show and stays very true to the book and films, definitely took us back to our childhoods, highly recommend!

They also havel a special cocktail and mocktail available at the bar! Candyman's blueberry Fizz, it's delicious!

Peaky Blinders: The Redemption of Thomas Shelby by at Theatre Royal Plymouth last week!

I didn't do any filming to make a reel as I was spending time with my Dad, but this show was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it, especially if you are a Peaky Blinders fan! Everything about it was just phenomenal! The soundtrack, staging, costumes and of course the dance!

I believe its run at the Theatre Royal in Plymouth has now ended but if you get the chance to see it elsewhere, go!

So today marks the end of Walt Disney Worlds 50th anniversary celebrations. I'm sad to see it end but grateful that we got to experience it :) I am looking forward to seeing what's in store for Disney100.
