There is a beautiful year-round water view through mature trees. The cabin is an open space with a glass windowed wood stove, queen bed, sofa, and antique breakfast table. There is also a custom built kitchenette with electric spring water t

ap (set amount of water), a small sink, and new toaster oven, kettle, and bar fridge. The kitchen has a selection of teas and fresh ground coffee (bodum and pour over options). The cabin has a few unique building options and features for all you building geeks out there. The kitchenette butcher block top is made of local selective cut, solar kilned dried birch (more available to those interested). The cabin has a double wall off-set stud construction making it highly insulated without using foam board and has a insulated concrete raft slab floor/foundation to regulate the temperature between night and day. The custom washroom outbuilding is unheated. It has a composting toilet, a beautiful pottery washing sink with hand soap (Westcote Bell Pottery), hand towels and sanitizer. The kitchenette sink inside the cabin can also be used for hand washing as well. The cabin itself is fully constructed and finished but out buildings and landscaping are still underway. There will be no activity or persons of any kind on the site while it is occupied by guests. Returning guests can look forward to a wood fired sauna w/ outdoor shower in the future. In the mean time, enjoy the discounted price! At the waterfront fire pit you can sing along to music, play guitar, or talk until the sun comes up and not bother anyone (a rare feature on waterfront properties). The property borders on Highway 103 with some traffic noise while outside; however this location also allows excellent privacy with no nearby neighbors (the adjacent property has cabin used for storage).

Our sweet little cabin is for sale! It's a great turn key business, but my hope is that someone will expand this into a beautiful, small, ocean front home. I built it with this intention in its design, so it would be easy to do. I've started an affordable housing business with a friend, and I need some investment money to get things started. Anyone want to buy my cabin in Mill Village and build it into a sweet little ocean front house?
If you know someone who might please share. I'm trying to quickly raise some cash, ASAP, to start an affordable housing project. There is a older dug well on site, it has high speed internet, 100 amp power, super insulated envelope, air exchanger, new high efficiency wood stove, baseboard electric heat, heat pump, and lots of other nice little stuff.
