Lots of availability at both downtown Breck condos. The "tween" season can be great...places are less crowded, the weather is crisp, and Breck is still Breck...always a great place to visit.

Colorado ski areas share snowmaking plans as excitement grows across Rocky Mountains

The higher elevation peaks in and around Summit County saw the first significant snowfall of the season last week on Sept. 5, bringing excitement for the upcoming winter season.
