Storybook Boats!! One of my favorite rides. Who doesn't love tiny buildings?! You don't have to travel all the way to Paris to see this; Disneyland in California has its own version of this ride!

Our annual solo Orlando trip has begun. Kid free trips = highly recommended.

PREPARE FOR A SIGNIFICANT FREEZE - A frigid wind, a major freeze but NO “s” word - that’s what we can expect for Christmas weekend this year.

Air temps will fall to the teens/20’s for multiple hours starting Friday and repeating each night through Monday morning, winds will howl behind the front Friday probably gusting to 40-45 mph - this will yield wind chills below zero over North LA/single digits across South LA. It’s possible we don’t get above freezing Friday and again on Saturday (Christmas Eve).

All residents need to take freeze precautions! That includes protecting your pipes, especially if going out of town. We will spend multiple hours and possible days below freezing which will test the insulation around your home. Make sure you have safe heating methods for your home, bring animals outside into warm shelter and layers/layers/layers.
