We offer 25 acres of private hunting land where you can hunt bears, deer, elk, moose, mountain lions and wolves. This connects to a section of government land. This land in 10 miles north of Sandpoint, Idaho. $100 day/hunter or $400/hunter/for 5 days, one party at a time. The full price must be paid, even if limit is met the first day. SLEEPS 11. 3 studio apartments/bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 1 futon/bed in each. 3 bathrooms, each with their own TV, 3 decks, 3 gas grills, FULL kitchen, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot. One bathroom has a tub and shower, the other 2 have showers only. Stairs must be climbed to reach one bed/bath room. Two bedrooms are handicapped accessible. Sleeps 11.
RV campsites for SELF CONTAINED RVs. We offer fresh water, and use of the Gingerbread Sauna House and the fire pit.

We are near the International Selkirk Loop Headquarters. We are 2 hours and 15 minutes (121 miles) from the Spokane International Airport in Spokane, Washington. We are 30 minutes from Montana. We are 30 minutes from the Canadian border. Don't forget your passport!
The property is in the country, and there are no near neighbors, other than your hosts and the wild animals that live in the woods.
NO CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS BECAUSE THERE IS NO GAS.
HOUSE RULES:
As with ANY rental, we expect you to leave the apartment/house like you found it.
*When you are gone, and when you check out, PLEASE turn down the thermostats to OFF! Electric heat is VERY expensive.*
*PLEASE, BECAUSE WE HAVE A SEPTIC SYSTEM, NO PRODUCTS IN THE TOILET EXCEPT TOILET PAPER!!! Trash cans are provided.*
QUIET HOURS are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, unless you rent both Home in the Forest AND the Tamarack Room.
Please leave your footwear at the door. There is a boot tray for footwear.
*We charge a $25.00 CASH cleaning fee PER dog. Thank you!*
Please set aside pillows you will not be using. This avoids the waste of electricity/water/soap.
Please hang up your towels after use and re-use them during your stay. This avoids the waste of electricity/water/soap.
Bring groceries for meals if you plan on eating. We are 9 miles from the nearest store. Coffee/creamer/sugar are provided for you.
Dogs must be well behaved, and indoors or LEASHED and supervised when outdoors. *Please be aware there ARE wild animals on the property!* *If you leave your dogs to go out, we have a large and a very small kennel available if needed.*
CHECK OUT IS 11:00 AM, CHECK IN IS 3:00 PM
PLEASE TURN THE THERMOSTATS DOWN TO OFF.
Please leave used towels/washcloths on the bathtub floor/shower enclosure floor.
Please wash and put away your dishes in Northwoods Sanctuary or leave your used dishes in the dish tub.
Please throw out used coffee filters and rinse out the coffee pot.
Please wipe up crumbs.
Please sweep up animal hair and dirt.
Please clean the grill if you use it.
Please consolidate trash and place trash in the large trash bins outside.
