Appreciation nod to the Asian gems in Kraków 🔥

If you’re into Asian cuisine, the following places need no introduction. In fact, you’d be lucky to get in without a prior reservation.

Having been fortunate enough to visit Vietnam and Thailand, I often find myself longing for dishes like pho bo, pad kee mao, or Chiang Mai curried noodles (khao soi g*i). Virtually, anything!That’s why visits to , , and are always a delicious trip down memory lane 🍜.

The first sushi restaurant with a Michelin recognition? ✨

It’s , already open after a long renovation and thanks to we could enjoy not only theoutstanding sushi rolls but also hot dishes in this beautiful interior🎋

There is a lot to choose from, so absolutely do not be afraid to ask the waiters for their recommendations, they perfectly selected the sets we wanted that day.

🍣Ordering the Chef’s Sushi Set was a bull’s-eye! 26 rolls, including delicious nigiri with the belly of perch, amberjack, tuna akami and toro and scalop. Top!

🍣If, like me, you like unusual combinations, the Volcano and Hana Dragon sets will definitely surprise you with their taste. Grilled eel my fav!

🔥If you feel like something warm, take TORI TERIYAKI! The chicken thigh with teriyaki sauce was brilliant - soft inside, crispy as it should be on the outside.

👉Remember that has returned to the already well-known lunch boxes in the city in the form of Bento - different types of fish, crispy gyoza dumplings and salad 🍱

Drop by and remember to make a reservation, it gets crowded!

Upon popular demand -here's a chance to save this post now so you can relish .krakow recent menu later 🍃

It must be stated it’s the best visit here so far! Everything seems to be deliberate & intentional, from the service, plates presentation and finally the mouthwatering tastes of products treated with the highest standard 🤩

Don’t sleep on the artsy-looking fried squid 🦑 with cauliflower and white chocolate mousse, generous portion of pistachios, dill mayo & apple. Soooo gooood, a must have🚨

If you’d like to go nuts- then cashew cream with carrots 🥕 Harrisa and cheese cracker should be your next choice. Nutty & sweetish

No more spoilers, spoil yourselves cause .krakow undoubtedly stepped up the game. Is it the recent recognition that helped them catch the wave? Or is is simply the evolution of the head chef? Whatever they’re doing, it’s working😇

Ahhh a wonderful feast awaits you in the new menu ✨

Tuesday evening reminded me how long it had been since I last ate meat, not to mention the kebab itself! 🙃And here I found the best lamb and chicken sausages - be sure to check out their grilled options, please! Not only huge portions, but full of flavor thanks to the perfect proportion of spices. I am also sure that nowhere else will you find baked Arabic bread with shawarma, sheep cheese, sweet peppers served with paprika-yoghurt sauce - ask for Toshka!

Soda bil batata- sounds magical? And rightly so, because what this liver tastes like served with garlic, fries and Arabic bread is pure fantasy. A must-have option 🤩

Vegetarian options deserve recognition too 🌱Fried cauliflower ❤️with hommos, parsley and pomegranate is my number one, followed by a set of homemade pickles (watermelon! 🍉🔥)

Well, we have another great gastro address to recommend, where you can eat both breakfast and lunch 👀

And it’s open on Mondays!

Who are we talking about? .krk at Rakowicka 11, a patio you know well. After years of Italian rule, .krk has refreshed this space with an unusual but still simple menu full of local products. And they bake bread and all bakery products themselves, nice! 👊

The great Fjord Trout 🐠served with peaches, grilled onion mayo, creme fraische and crispy chilli deserves your attention. Perfect for this hot summer!🍑

Let me draw you special attention to winelist menu prepared by one & only 🥂full of Polish wine bottles, such as or my latest discovery .vin Achille Pepin Pet Nt- so refreshing & light.

You can dine here in the evenings from Wednesday to Saturday from 5 p.m., and breakfast from 8 a.m. And speaking of breakfasts 🍳

Huge portions! 🤯This challah soaked in goosebery syrup with raspberries, white chocolate is to die for. A must-have for sweet tooths if you like sweet breakfasts. And if it’s salty, try the croque madame toast 🥪Yes, yes I know - this sandwich is available in many places. But here you can eat it with Polish Gouda cheese, and the sandwich itself is packed with goodies from Stary Kleparz. Divine!

The place is cozy, has a quiet patio and a very green interior. So, what are you waiting for?

Beloved ones, this is just a short, appreciation post to celebrate summer in the city where I look forward to it all year long and already miss every lost summer day ☀️

And where was the last time I felt summer in full swing? 🎉. I must admit that what the Vamos people did with this beautiful alley on Brodzińskiego Street reminds me of the same energy that I know from hot evenings spent in Catania 🇮🇹 or Barcelona 🇪🇸

Wonderful, light dishes & refreshing drinks, romantic setting and smiling service - what more could you want? ❤️

There’s no point beating around the bush, it’s not love at first bite. The long-awaited visit to , fueled by great buzz on the Internet, left me slightly unsatisfied after leaving the restaurant 🥲

The restaurant itself reminds me of what I experienced in Barcelona - a very open space, symmetrical arrangement of tables, illuminated by strong low-hanging spotlights. I was surprised by the large number of staff! The service is present, not intrusive, not entirely attentive 🙂 The team preparing the drinks deserves the recognition here - after ordering the drink, ZNIWA, it turned out to be too sweet for me, so the nice gentleman topped it with kvass. Much better – thanks!😍

After the restaurant’s concept presentation - culinary memories from the chef’s childhood- we all concluded that the menu looked promising, the prices seemed appropriate- yet the excitement slighly faded away later…

What did I like? What I remember most from dinner...potatoes with bone marrow! 🔥Yep, this side dish/ 25,-/was the only surprise, and that’s what I expected from dining here. Scotch eggs with tartar sauce & chard were also very good - well seasoned, with strong taste/41,-/.
Black pudding also deserves a mention. Both the serving and the presence of paprika & meat sauce, charlock & smoked egg yolk combined perfectly with their structures☺️

A small schnitzel priced /49,-/was attractive only for its capers on the top. It took us longer to discuss the number of croquettes for 3 people than to taste them - mini drops with cheese and duck, ehh. The biggest disappointment was the size and serving of the tartare with currants- but suprisingly - not its taste, because the currants worked great with this meat. The truth is that it was literally 3 or 4 teaspoons. The „mix of herbs” as a covering for the dish looked simply lazy/ 48,-/.🤷

Time for desserts! 🍦 As much as I love karpatka, this one gave me more of creme brulee taste, sandwiched with soft dough. But that ice cream! Freeze-dried raspberries sprinkled on fresh milk ice cream with toffee were brilliant in their simplicity! And that finally gave me back a childhood throwback /PLN 31,-/ 👦

Dinner for 29,-?! 😲

I've got to tell you - recently I have been discovering a completely different Krakow, a much cheaper Krakow 😆

When running errands in Podgórze today, I was so close to that I couldn't ignore the signs of fate! I've heard a lot of good things about lunches here from & .food_kati - thanks girls 🙌

A bit odd of me but actually this is my first time visiting this Polish restaurant- but not the last one! The place itself is consistent in its decor; very old-Polish, many memorabilia, various small and large geese in interesting poses peeking from every corner. Neat and warm and so tasty.

For lunch today we had pea soup, crumpets and compote, what a delightful set. Very homely, large portions and nicely presented. 29,- only!

We added a mix of all starters for PLN 39, goose broth and goose dumplings. Little sandwiches with tartare, goat cheese and fruits, chicken liver, fried oyster mushrooms and goose pate all served on grilled bread. Great way to explore various typical Polish small bites.

Let's quickly forget about this tasteless water 🥣 , the dumplings were amazing! 🥟 The last such good dumplings I managed to get delivered from during the pandemic... 🙃 Be sure to try them! We spent PLN 142 for the entire dinner for two. What a barg*in💪

Whatever had the other day, I wanted the same! So this veggie sandwich landed in my hand, Ioved every single bite 🤯

Remember a former Bar Wschód spot in Kazimierz? It's now ✨

I wish it'd opened at the summer's dawn, not its twilight, as it'd would have been one of the hottest spots in the city. A spontaneous decision to come to turned into a long evening feast, good vibes. And those illuminating lights that change colors add a special evanescent touch 💆🏻‍♂️

I'd say is a solid wine bar as they are offering a great list of refine wine bottles - from white, orange, through rose, sparkling to red. Our bottle was paired by the sommelier here-Wojtek - who chose Pampaneo Airen Natural. This Spanish gem was energetic and lively, and very unique as most orange wine should. Fine choice 👏🏻 🥂

The snacks menu is 14 options to choose from, prices from 15, - to 52,- - check the details in this post gallery. Try def potato with salmon caviar and buckwheat popcorn - what a Rollercoaster of textures! 🍽

operates from Thursday till Sunday only - hoping it'd welcome us more often any time soon 👀

Did you try their tacos yet? I never heard any disappointing feedback. They are so good! ♥

The tacos mix of 3 is all about:

🌮 Birria beef: corn tortilla, birria salsa, coriander & onion

🌮 Cochinita pork with marinated onion

🌮Al Pastor pork with grilled pineapple, coriander & onion my fav one 🙌

All in the price of 34,- ♥

Fingers crossed .jero, keep doing great job-hoping that one day we can enjoy your foodies in a bit more spacious room by the table. It'll happen one day, I'm sure about it 💪

Grab a buddy and visit the new Polish Vodka Factory Museum, it's amazing ❗

It's located in a historic building of the former Vodka Factory No. 11 built in the 1930s, later the Distillery.

For the price of 49,- or 59, - (vodka tasting included - two shots, two coctails) you can explore
👉 seven thematic galleries and seven main stories, which include for example presentation of medieval equipment for distilling vodka,
👉 Arevolution in distilling with 19th-century industrial equipment for vodka production,
👉 a bar from the period of the Second Polish Republic,
👉 a room for bottling and loading of finished products from the 1970s, vodkas from the times of the Polish People's Republic.

1,100 m2 of pure joy learning about the secrets of vodka production. As a museum - geek, I know for sure I'll bring here my family, it'd be a total Communist time throwback 📣

never had I thought that I'd have my own signature drink 😆 happy to collaborate with Osiem Miliardów Uśmiechów, a Twój jest moim ulubionym. Nadwiślańska it was such a fan to create it, and now it's out for you to enjoy 😍

The main idea was to keep summer as long as possible, hence refreshing tones & heavy aromas I adore in coctails:
🍹 Jack Daniels, rosemary-infused bourbon, Aperol, prosecco, rhubarb bitter, grapefruit. Dry, strong & refreshing 💪

new coctails menu is also packed with coctails created by my foodie friends - each one squeezedntheir favs tastes, all different, yet I believe you'll enjoy it big time ❤️

The menu created by head chef @chlebowskikrystian & @szymon_ms , is comprised of small bites like popular in Osaka takoyaki, Chinese deep fried gyozas, baos & sandos, grilled dishes, and Japanese ramen, but don’t expect 1:1 tastes you may have feasted on your voyages across Asia 🌏 Enjoyed those KRC sandos sandwiches, crunchy tartare with shiitake mushrooms, and homemade kimchi. It was truly LA DOLCE VITA in a truly Italian style 🇮🇹 The first Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCGO festival in Poland in a wonderful, picnic atmosphere in @_wino_w_willi_ with a glass of iconic Italian bubbles from 16 Prosecco producers who came to Krakow especially for this weekend 🥂 Plus Neapolitan pizza, fresh oysters and grilled swordfish from @daryposejdona_krakow , as well as gelato from @lodziarnia_donizetti - dolce far niente bliss ✨ I had lots of fun, and the proof of this is the fact that I have so few photos and videos from the event - I had so much fun with so many beautiful people❤️ The festival is still going on!
