A new update: since the outbreak of the coronavirus, we’ve been monitoring the situation closely and are doing everything possible to help our customers get home safely. This is how we are currently assisting our passengers.
🔹 OUR PRIORITY - We treat questions from those travelling in the next days with the highest priority. If you have a ticket without a confirmed flight, rebook via ‘MyTrip’. No success? Contact the local embassy. Dutch citizens with no way back home, go here: bijzonderebijstandbuitenland.nl/
🔹 TRAVEL VOUCHER - Has your flight been cancelled or do you want to cancel a flight departing before 31 May 2020? With KLM’s travel voucher you can book a flight when our network has been restored. It might take several weeks to receive your voucher. klmf.ly/RequestVoucher
🔹 CHANGE TRIP - We’ve extended our rebooking options. If you have an AFKL flight, the easiest way to change or cancel is to do it via ‘My Trip’. You can change dates, destination or request a travel voucher. Please check the available options. klmf.ly/MyTrip
🔹 CHECK YOUR FLIGHT STATUS - Due to travel restrictions and cancellations, our operation has changed. Always check your flight on our ‘flight status’ page, as flights are subject to change and push messages may come with a delay. klmf.ly/FlightStatus
🔹 QUESTIONS? - The volume of messages we are receiving is skyrocketing. We’re handling the most urgent cases first. For all other questions, visit our FAQs page before contacting us and be aware that our response may be delayed. updates.klm.com
🔹 THANK YOU - Finally, we want to express our gratitude to our loyal passengers, and to everyone in the airline industry who are doing everything they can to help bring passengers home safely.
