The last major component planned for landscaping The Razzmatazz is some sort of galvanized steel water feature. It might be a pond or fountain. Something with a trickling sound would be nice. What would you hope to see if you stayed here?

A safe, self-contained fire pit is another goal. Fire danger is a big concern, so this would be completely self-contained and on the sandy soil near The Razzmatazz. I'd like to sell s'more kits and the bug spray my mom makes through Summer Hill Farm Botanicals as well!

I also want to incorporate fairy lights. Perhaps strands overhead, wrapped around a tree, or climbing a lattice. What are your thoughts? What are your favorite uses for fairy lights?

I'm thinking of putting multiple types of artifical flowers (and perhaps some real ones) around The Razzmatazz, because, let's face it, I kill every plant with over-smothering. I water the heck out of everything.
Which flowers would you hope to see? If you name any water lovers, we might even get the real thing.

The planned decor for The Razzmatazz

My boss was going to renovate this trailer with her friend Randy "Razz." When Razz died, it became a bigger project than she wanted to take on.
My plan is to renovate this 1970s Ideal trailer called The Razzmatazz to help an Afghan refugee, then open it as an Air BnB here on Summer Hill Farm.
