Gideon's Bakehouse at Disney Springs is a must stop during our travels to Disney World in Orlando, Florida! This bakehouse has delicious delicacies unlike any other!
Their large cookies with bold flavors are to die for🍪
Cake slices, cold brew, Gideon's Bites, and cookies are one of a kind. You wait in line or join a virtual que to be able to experience the wonderful aroma that awaits you as you get closer to the doors and step inside! Trust me...it is worth the wait. ⏰
Because they have a cookie purchase limit and you can't just buy one...we take them to go. We get them boxed up and carry them onto the plane✈️ The best part...you can freeze them😍
So today I decided I was in the mood for a piece of the Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookie. I thawed it out to take a few bites...but ended up eating the whole thing 😂 I don't feel guilty as this was the first one I had and no cookies or sweets for Christmas 🎁

🌊 🐋 It's officially Humpback Whale season in Hawai'i! 🐋 🌊

The beloved whales have returned to the Hawaiian waters, and the excitement is building! If you ever visit the Hawaiian Islands taking a tour to see these majestic creatures is a must! They are only there for a limited time each year and you won't want to miss out on the chance to witness their incredible acrobatics and playful behaviors up close!

This was the highlight of our trip when we visited Maui! Being able to hear them under water while snorkeling is magical🥰

The last time my mom rode a rollercoaster was in 2015. We wanted her to ride Cosmic Rewind but I wasn't sure how she would like it.😬

We didn't tell her anything and just put her on it😂
She had an absolute blast and rode it twice! 🥰

We truly love watching others enjoy some pretty amazing rides and join in the magic🌟 It's fun to feel like a kid again and find joy in the excitement.

Next we put her on Tron!

We had a fantastic evening watching the Candlelight Processional in Epcot!
This show holds a special place in my heart because in highschool I had the honor of singing in the choir while Jodi Benson, the voice of Ariel, was the narrator.

The music was absolutely flawless 🥰 It is a great way to celebrate the holidays while in Disney!

What a great first day!!! Epcot was not our favorite when we started visiting Disney but for sure has turned into one park we don't want to miss on our trips! We spent the morning in the park and then headed back for resort relaxation in the hot tub and for naps!
Our youngest is still not looking for pictures but I promise is having fun!
My dad was excited to meet Goofy! He has not been to Disney since 1996🥰
Loving our trip to our second home!
