Sixty eight years ago today was Disneyland’s opening day. It was nothing short of a disaster. Tickets were forged, people were jumping the fences along with numerous other challenges. Thank goodness that didn’t derail Disney’s vision. Today, there are still 13 of the opening day attractions still up and running, including 2 of my favorites-Autopia and Peter Pan’s Flight!

Thank you to Disneyland for their amazing Lost and Found service! Just experienced it firsthand when my son left his favorite hat behind. I filled out the lost and found form online and the next day, they found it and shipped it back to us. Talk about magical customer service! Have you ever lost anything at a Disney park?✨🎩

Since I’ve been at this for over a year now, I decided it’s time to reintroduce myself.

Hey everyone! I am Amanda and I am a travel agent out of Washington state. I joined Magical Enchanted Vacations because I have always loved travel and planning trips. In addition to being a travel agent, I am nanny for my full time day job. I also enjoy reading, baking, camping, and watching some sports. Last month, I went to our annual agent training and I had a great time. I learned so much and even made some new friends. When I started out as a travel agent I was mostly interested in booking Disney destinations but now I’m ready to branch out! I can book any destination, cruise line, and even tours. Over the next few weeks, I will be sharing more about what I can book and how I can help make your vacation planning easier.

I was so excited to make a trip back to Universal Studios Hollywood last week. We took part in a group VIP tour, which I highly recommend, especially if you only have 1 day to do the park. This allowed us to go on all the rides Universal has to offer, including 🍄Mario Cart🍄 Also included was breakfast, buffet lunch, unlimited bottled water, and reserved seating to the Waterworld Show. Who here has been to Universal?
