Being a mom is hard. Managing a cruise shouldn't be!
We LOVE helping our families, both new and experienced cruisers, manage their sailings!
1. We bring knowledge, service, and experience.
We are all moms on the Moms at Sea Travel Team. We all sail on Royal Caribbean A LOT. We are familiar with the important features on the ships for families such as waterslides, splash pad details, nursery information, Adventure Ocean questions, and more!
2. We save you time.
When you have a question, it’s just a quick email or phone call to us. With Royal, you are calling, waiting on hold, and explaining all your reservation details. With us, we are familiar with your reservation and get to know your family along the way.
3. Price Monitor and Price Adjust.
We price monitor our guest’s reservations on our side. Should there be a price drop before final payment, we are able to automatically adjust it for you! No phone calls or waiting on hold to Royal for you to fight for that price drop! We often hear from guests not booked with us that they have called Royal because they see they have a price drop. Oftentimes the Royal agent is unable to do the price adjustment or not aware of how to do it. Many agents tell guests they are only able to price adjust 48 hours after booking, which is not accurate. We take care of this so you don't have to!
4. Questions or guidance about shore excursions or cruise planner items?
We can offer our knowledge and experience along the way to help your family find the best fits for their cruise. Our team has sailed most of the ships and been to many ports so we are able to offer our experience from the mom and family perspective!
5. Make changes along the way!
Should you wish to change your cabin number, cabin type, ship, or sail date, we are here to make those changes easily for you and present you with the best options for you!
6. Accuracy
When you have questions or need advice, you want the information to be current and accurate. We are here to ensure we provide you with the most updated information on policies, procedures, or general information.
7. When issues arise, we are here to help!
Should something unexpected happen with your reservation or cruise, we are the ones to call Royal and advocate for you. The cruise line employees work for the cruise line, we work with YOU. We recently had a guest with some Black Friday refunds from Cruise Planner purchases. Somehow Royal accidentally took money off her paid in full cruise instead of putting the money back on her credit card. We caught this mistake and helped fix it. Her reservation was almost cancelled by Royal, and we spent hours to ensure it was fixed and the guest was well taken care of with our contacts at Royal.
8. We can’t help or fix issues we are not the agent on.
Many guests reach out to us with questions or issues they need assistance on. We are unable to help with reservations not made with us or transferred to us in the eligible time frame. As much as we would love to assist we can only help reservations we are the agency of record on.
9. We are FREE to use!
We are compensated by the cruise lines. So whether you book directly with the cruise line, through us, or transfer to us, it’s the same price to you! But when you work with us, you receive our personalized and knowledgeable experience along the way!
