BAGUIO CITYโ€™S ๐Š๐ˆ๐๐† ๐Ž๐… ๐“๐‡๐„ ๐‘๐Ž๐€๐ƒ ๐Ž๐‘๐ƒ๐ˆ๐๐€๐๐‚๐„ - REQUIRES ALL MOTORISTS TO FULLY STOP FOR 5-SECONDS BEFORE PEDESTRIAN LANES OR SLOW DOWN UPON APPROACHING A PEDESTRIAN LANE TO ALLOW PEOPLE TO CROSS.

During a slow down or a stop in vehicular traffic movement, no vehicle shall obstruct any portion of the pedestrian lane. The pedestrian lane must always be free from any vehicles starting from each borderline to the other.

PENALTIES:
1st Offense: Confiscation of driverโ€™s license and a fine of P1,000.00
2nd Offense: Confiscation of driverโ€™s license and a fine of P2,000.00
3rd Offense: Confiscation of driverโ€™s license and a fine of P3,000.00.

A police officer and a volunteer helping push a troubled vehicle veering and clearing a rough section along Camp 2, Kennon Road, Tuba, Benguet.

As advised by the Tuba Mps:
โ€œmotorists operating light vehicles such as sedans, hatchbacks, and other similar vehicles are strongly advised to take alternate routes via Marcos Highway or Asin Road.โ€
