Do yo know someone who is wild about Dinosaurs? Universal Orlando is where they need to go! With an entire land dedicated to Jurassic Park with attractions, themed dining, photo opportunities, and merch plus Jurassic World themed suites at Loews Royal Pacific Resort, it will be a vacation to remember!

My 10 year old love Dinosaurs and Blue from Jurassic World. So Velocicoaster was a must do when we went to Universal in 2021. That ride did not disappoint!

Happy Monday!
It’s always a good idea to know where the best coffee is in the resorts and parks. Carousel Coffee is located in Boardwalk Villa’s. They serve a great variety of pastries and snacks. The coffee menu includes hot, iced, nitro and Shakerato which is a a double espresso with vanilla shaken over ice. Just what you need before heading over to EPCOT!

Located in EPCOT, Living with the Land is a slow boat ride with narration educating the guests about ecology, land use, farming practices and development of new agricultural practices. You’ll see a wide range of plants, many which are used by restaurants in Walt Disney World.

Fantasmic! is back! Forces of good and evil once again battle it out in Mickey’s dream as the long awaited return of Fantasmic! The return includes and all new sequence that heroic moments from Moana, Mulan, Aladdin, Pocahontas and Frozen 2.

Fantasmic! Is performed nightly in Hollywood Studios. You can even book a Fantasmic! Dining Package! Dining packages are available that include an entrée and appetizer or dessert at select full-service restaurants. Restaurants include 50’s Prime Time Cafe, Hollywood & Vine, The Hollywood Brown Derby, and Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano. You’ll receive a voucher for guaranteed seating in a reserved area.

This is one show that I can’t wait to go back and see!

Beignet Appreciation Post!
What is a beignet and where can you find them?
A beignet is a mouthwatering French doughnut with a light and pillowy texture topped with powdered sugar. Making a beignet stop is now one of our family traditions.
In Disneyworld they can be found at Port Orleans French Quarter Resort.
In Disneyland they can be found within the garden patio of the French Market Restaurant, try pairing it with a New Orleans Mint Julip! YUM!

In honor of today being the last day for Splash Mountain before it closes for refurbishment, I wanted to share my favorite Splash Mountain Memory.

Check out my 4 year old in the last row. This was her first time in Splash Mountain! She had no fear and was all smiles the whole ride.
