For me this included staying at two Walt Disney World resorts that I have never stayed at! One of my bucket list goals is to stay at all of the resorts at Walt Disney World so being able to cross off two in one trip is a big deal for me.

When visiting Universal Orlando Resort one of my favorite areas to stop is CityWalk.
CityWalk is located conveniently before you enter the theme parks and is THE place to stop for something to eat! There are a plethora of both quick service and table service restaurants ensuring that there is something for everyone!

Fun fact about me- you will never catch me camping out for the fireworks. I simply do not care enough and I am more than happy to stop and watch the fireworks from a random spot in the park even if it's not the best view. 🎆
That being said, on my last trip I got to experience two fireworks parties and let me tell you, THAT is the way to watch the fireworks! This picture was from a surprise private fireworks party with my travel agency in EPCOT but I also got to experience the Happily Ever After fireworks dessert party which was just as amazing and special!

Later this year at the Walt Disney World Resort, one of our most iconic specters will set up residence in the Haunted Mansion of Liberty Square in Magic Kingdom Park. The Hatbox Ghost will appear to guests as they pass the Endless Hallway, welcoming himself inside from the swinging wake in the cemetery and grinning at the Doom Buggies as they set off deeper into the mansion. 🕯🕸 Guests will soon see temporary barriers materialize as we await his apparition. http://di.sn/6185PXUiW

It's no secret around here that one of my favorite things to do in Walt Disney World is try out new restaurants. That being said, sometimes that means that I do not return to places very often simply because there are always new places to try!
Raglan Road is a major exception to this rule. Raglan Road is one of the places I often recommend when with people who are not as familiar with Disney dining. Not only is the food always good, there is fun/unique entertainment and the service is top notch!

If you're looking to beat the heat in Walt Disney World this summer stay at a Deluxe resort and take advantage of extended evening hours!
Extended evening hours are available at select parks on select nights and allow Deluxe and Deluxe Villa resort guests to take advantage late nights in the parks meaning you can avoid the blazing sun and often find lower crowds- a double win if you ask me!

Did you know you can see animals from your room in Walt Disney World!? If you stay in a Savanna view room at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge this could the view you wake up to! 🦓
Depending on where your room is along the Savanna will change the animals you may see so your experience can vary from stay to stay!

If you are looking have a unique dining experience on your next Royal Caribbean cruise, go to a speciality dining experience the first night of your cruise! 😉

The first night is often the most quiet night for specialty dining which makes the smaller more intimate setting of speciality dining that much more special.

My recent dining experience at Izumi was fantastic! All of the food was delicious, the service was top notch, and because we dined on the first night of our cruise the restaurant was empty!

I recently had the pleasure of sailing on Royal Caribbean's Grandeur of the Seas!

Grandeur of the Seas is one of Royal Caribbean's smallest ships, but good things come in small packages. One of the benefits of sailing on a smaller ship is that there are more ports of call they are able to access, this includes Key West, Florida!

Key West is an ideal port of call because there is so much to see, many things to do, and most of it is within walking distance of the ship. I love ports where it is easy to step off the ship and simply be right in the middle of the action and not have to worry too much about how to get where you are looking to go.

It is about time we talk about one of the most under appreciated restaurants in Walt Disney World, Jaleo by José Andrés. It is located on the west side of Disney Springs, down near Splitsville, so if you don't know it's there you might miss it but you don't want to.

Jaleo is a tapas style restaurant that truly wowed me! Each dish we had was delicious. I love getting to try a little of everything that is on the table and they make it easy to order as much food or as little food as you want.
