On April 8, 2024, the Adirondack region in New York State will be in the path of totality for a total solar eclipse. This will be the first time the Adirondacks have been in the direct path of totality. The Adirondacks are considered one of the best places to view the eclipse.

We are less than 100 days away!

The eclipse will start shortly after 2 PM and will stretch across a 124-mile wide path that includes the Adirondacks, Finger Lakes, and Thousand Islands.
