WE ARE IN A HOUSING CRISIS! 🏠❌
Based on our own research in June 2022, we had calculated that an enormous 65% of houses in Cornwall are holiday homes. This is just unacceptable.
Only 33% of houses were actually available to buy and a devastating 2% were available for rent. We are absolutely shocked by these figures and data will be similar across other areas of the UK as well.
Stayzia is the ethical revolution to holiday rentals as we finally put people before profits. We are a Community Interest Company based in Cornwall and Devon and we give 65% of revenue back to the community to help build safe and affordable housing.
