Team GZ, I am pleased to announce that our summer 2024 was a resounding success, and we have already sold out for the upcoming summer season. Our attention now turns to securing a winter rental property from September 15, 2025, until June 15, 2026. If you are considering transitioning back to Marshfield next fall, please get in touch with us. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our clients (who are more like family at this point). Summer 2022 will be remembered as one of the hottest on record for HWS.

As the days get longer and the weather starts to improve, we see spring and summer are just around the corner. I wanted to update our web page and let those visiting that both our rental properties are fully rented for the summer 2022.

We welcome our new families who have made a great choice in choosing to vacation with us this summer.

Just eight weeks ago GZ Properties purchased another home we now call “Cottage by the Sea”. This house has gone through a major transformation in a very short time. This home sleeps 11 and features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, screened in sunroom and open kitchen and living room. New expanded outdoor deck with plenty of off street parking. Full amenities including washer/dryer, gas grill and outdoor shower. Cottage by the Sea is just a short walk to Fieldston Beach. Take a look at the pictures below and see for yourself.

Have recieved a few questions around availability and price.
The weekly rental is 2,800 per week. There is an additional 175.00 cleaning fee along with a $1,000 security deposit - refundable
Saturday to Saturday rental.
HWS has limited availability- 2021
Weeks available July 31 - Aug 28 opened. As mentioned we will have a new rental available for summer availability in a few weeks. Will share more information and availability at this time. Weekly rental price will be the same as HWS.
