Greeks believe that it's not New Year yet unless you cut the New Year's cake - , a cake with a coin hidden in one of the pieces. The one who's lucky to find the coin will get a special gift from

As a first event of the year we wanted to start off with a special tradition, and considering that Vasilopita is indigenous to Greece and Cyprus we'll do a 6-course Greek and Cyprus before we cut the famous cake.⁠

So 6 unique wines from Greece & Cyrpus from different grapes, different regions and made using different techniques paired with a 6 course brunch on a Sunday afternoon.⁠

it’s been a long time that i felt like there’s not enough space for all of me on Henrietta Straton]]

Like it covers only a part of me, but there’s so much more in my life that i’d enjoy sharing with those who’re curious enough

so when else if not before new year to accomplish the final dreams or plans of 2022 (whatever you call such things, maybe 😅)

I’m Henrietta Lo**ta Straton and I’ve spent the first 30 years of my life being called by my first name. Well, I thought the next 30 can be for the other part of me.

Follow me on where I’ll speak about the other side of my life - my journey of becoming a certified nutritionist, women health coach and personal trainer. Many of you didn’t even know that I was into such things while in reality I was a health and wellness addict for most of my life. Now it feels like I tried to hide these from everyone!

Henrietta Straton]] became a real company in my eyes, and it just doesn’t feel appropriate to share too many personal things here with you.

Meanwhile I actually love esthetics and beautiful images and also writing about random things 😅 will be my attempt to have a space to share more with you…

Like being a Ukrainian for 10 years and rediscovering my origins, my roots now, once I’m away from my country (not the way it’s supposed to be, but it is what it is). Switching to speaking with my 2 year old son for the sake of him having a proper mother tongue. Or studying medicine from world’s most famous scientists.

I’ll still be here Henrietta Straton]] too, but I really felt I need more space for sharing the many beautiful things that are happening in my life.

It won’t be perfect, but it will be beautiful 🤍

The nice part about having lived in many countries is that every time you return to one of your "ex-countries" you feel like coming home. This way, you end up having many homes 💛⁠
