B.Voc Hospitality and Tourism 2nd year Student from Govt. College Dharamshala Vishal has recently participated and scored above 65 percent in the State level Quiz Competition. He has said that many students from reputed colleges across the state participated in the competition through online weblink.

Chanderdhar Guleri Govt. Degree College Haripur Guler Kangra has organised a state level quiz on Swachh Bharat Mission 2023 on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.

This college has organised “Online a State level Quiz Competition on Gandhi Jayanti & Swachh Bharat Abhiyan” it was organized on 2nd October 2023, time 09:00 AM to 09:00PM.

Students also learnt virtues and thoughts of Mahatma Gandhi and importance & responsibility about Swachhata Bharat Abhiyan as a responsible citizen of the country.

From Goverment College Dharamshala B.Voc Hospitality and Tourism Final year Student Rahul Kumar participated and got certificate becouse he has scored above 75 percent. There were some conditioned aligned to get awarded certificate, The only candidates were allowed to get certificate those who have scored above 60 perecent in the quize competition.

After getting news Nodal officer of the Department Dr. Ajay Kumar Choudhary has congratulated the student Rahul and also wished him good luck for his future endeavours. All staff members of the department welcomed him and proudly stated that students of B.voc are performing well at every platform which are provided to them.

2nd Mock Interview Conducted for H&T Final Year Students.

As you know mock interviews are cheered as being one of the most effective tactics in a career readiness curriculum because students have such a practical impact on their upcoming futures.
So The Department of B.Voc. conducts mock interview sessions for H&T final-year students before starting their final interview for campus placements. The panel comprises Guest Faculty and technical experts from the industry who assess parameters like communication skills, product knowledge, Subject Knowledge, Current Affairs, Attitude, and Behavioural areas and constructive feedback so that the department can ensure that students are better groomed for final campus interviews.
While students experience a mock interview they learn how to dress, speak, and answer classic interview questions. As part of this preparation, we are allowing students to practice their skills in a simulated interview.
