We only offer three culinary cruises every year, and they are always very popular with our guests and sell out quickly. In 2023, Windstar will offer three great itineraries:

✦ James Beard Foundation: Adriatic Archipelagos & Greek Goddesses departing on June 17 from Venice featuring Chef Ayesha Nurdjaja, executive chef at Shuka, Eastern Mediterranean restaurant in New York City.
✦ James Beard Foundation: Grand Japan departing on September 21 from Yokohama, featuring Chef Tracy Chang, the chef/owner of PAGU restaurant, celebrating Spanish and Japanese style tapas, in Cambridge, MA.
In addition to enjoying their delightful dishes, you can ask them the epicurean questions you’ve dreamed of asking and enjoy a wine-paired meal as you do. Watch them create their signature dishes in front of your eyes (and keep the recipes!). Walk with them through local markets, listening and learning as they select ingredients for the extraordinary dishes you’ll sample.
