Lock your rates in with your deposit.

1. The price of Dubai 2025 is valid until 4-15-25. Beyond that the prices may change. Hence please book and lock the prices.

2. The Nonrefundable deposit is $ 200 per person to secure the spots. 2nd deposit may be required early depending on Hotel/Supplier Policy

3. Full & final payment should be settled at least 70 days before the tour start date. However, we may require a second deposit earlier as per hotel/supplier policy.

4. Please update bedding preference at the time of confirmation we shall update the hotel. However, it will be subject to availability at the hotel.

5. Most of the hotels provide one extra bed in a room. In case of triple occupancy rollaway/sofa/ Mattress/ extra bed will be provided as per hotel for 3rd person (if any) in the same room.

6. Hotel Check-in time is 1500 hrs and check-out time is 1100 hrs.

7. The passport must continue to be valid for at least 6 months after the trip departure date.

8. The above quote includes only one-time airport arrival and departure, in case clients have flights at different timings arrival will be subject to extra transfer charges.

9. We suggest you check the Passport Validity and visa requirements well in advance.

10. We do not hold any responsibility for any event that is beyond our control like flight cancellation, delays, miss - connection, or loss of baggage we will advise you to call airlines directly in such situations.

11. We suggest you book travel insurance before travel for unforeseen circumstances like flight delays, connection missed, loss of luggage Etc.
