first ever bio hacking food experience using an herbal substance that produces opioid and and stimulant like effects. We went to a networking event last night for AI and met a bunch of cool people, one of them being Jeremiah who has a bar in tulum and opened one here in Mexico City around this plant based stimulant. He invited us to come to his taste testing today which has never been done before as he’s trying to make a menu using the substance to create a unique experience. History was made today as the chef concocted drinks and dishes never tried before. We experienced a latte, cocktail, different broths and fresh ceviche. 10/10 experience. This city just flows and days never feel stressed or planned but life always has a fun way of bringing you where you need to be. The effects were very neat too 😎😜

Guatemala Update: I had such a great 2 weeks with my mom. We parted ways about a week or so ago now and I spent a night to myself in Antigua. The separation sadness hits hard anytime I part ways with someone and there was no exception this time. It’s all part of the experience but momma I sure miss you!!!! Xo

I did a private fire ceremony and nuhual reading yesterday. I had done one in a group 2 years ago with 20 + other people and it was a very neat experience. This time being one on one I got a lot more out of it. You get what you put in. You forgive, thank and acknowledge yourself and perform all these mayan traditions with candles and other things over a fire. I didn’t realize how much it felt like a hug from my ancestors and all those who’ve passed before me. It felt like a big hug from my dad who I miss terribly. Sunday coincidentally was my dads Nuhual day and Carlos asked if I held a fire for him.. and we actually did but had no idea why we felt compelled to have a fire that night. it was my dads day and we were connecting with him. I got to ask a lot of questions in the fire ceremony to help me understand him, myself and how to connect with him. I buried my old energy leaves I was given afterwards in the natural reserve nearby. I walked all the way to the top and saw a dog waiting there for me. A cool solo experience ❤️
