Hello !!! It’s been a long time since I have posted!!! I had some health issues and had surgery etc. I am back and ready to share my love and knowledge of travel and help you make your travel dreams come true . Let me reintroduce myself . I am Katie and absolutely love to travel and Disney is one of my favorite destinations !!! I went to Disney World for the first time for my high school graduation present from my family. I was hooked !!! I have been to Disney World, Disneyland, Paris Disneyland, Disney cruises on 2 different ships and to Disney’s Vero Beach . One of my favorite places at Disney’s Polynesian Resort is the Pineapple Lanai. It’s on the back patio of the Great Ceremonial House . There you can buy delicious Dole Whip treats without being at the parks including ones with alcohol for adults . Even if you aren’t staying at this resort you can hop on the monorail and make a little visit . 🌴🌺

Now is the time to prepare and plan your trip for the Holiday season . I absolutely love Epcot during December. It’s simply magical. I love the giant tree and all the festive decorations especially the giant tea set!!! One of the most wonderful events during this time is the Candlelight Processional. Resort day for the win !!!! Contemporary is one of our all time favorite Disney resorts . We are staying in a Theme Park View, Atrium Club Level room . When we got here our room was not ready yet. A cast member escorted us to the the Atrium Level (12th floor), checked to make sure our magic bands were working in the elevator etc. When we got upstairs we were asked about any allergies and filled out a paper so the chef could try to accommodate. We enjoyed some snacks such as house made potato chips and house made hummus. Everything was so yummy ! There was also made to order mimosas with orange, POG( pineapple, orange, guava) and cranberry. We then were heading to Hollywood Studios when we got the alert our room was ready . We decided to forego the park today and enjoy the resort . Two amazing pools and lovely beach area and so much more !!! Highly recommend!!!

It’s definitely a Small World after all!!! It’s one of my must rides every visit at Disney World and can’t wait to ride it at Disneyland in December . Is Spooky Season your favorite? Have you always wanted to see Magic Kingdom all decorated for Fall and Halloween? It’s not too late to book a trip for this year or too early to book for next year . If you decided you want to do let’s say September (Labor weekend for example ) of 2024 you only have to put down a $200 deposit. Then your remaining balance is due 30 days before check in. So you would have almost a year to pay it off. I would love to help you make your Spooky Season dreams a reality !!!

So let’s talk about The Fry Basket for just a minute. It’s one of the many spectacular booths for this year’s Epcot International Food and Wine Festival. It’s over by Test Track and in my opinion a must try . There is seriously something for everyone!!! The Fry Flight looks great and is very popular according to Cast Members I talked too. There is bacon on there so this girl avoided that . I did however try the amazing Yuca and Pickle Fries . The Cast Member that handed me my order said I was the Fifth person in a row that day that had ordered the two of those together ❤️. They are great to eat together, by themselves and to share . The Yuca is plant based and might be my favorite or tied for favorite bite I tried that day. The Pickle Fries are not considered plant based due to the dill ranch . Yuca was pure perfection and that plant based aioli absolutely amazing!!!! The pickle fries were fantastic as well . The were big spears of dill pickle so crispy and crunchy on the outside!!! Next time I go back I will probably get both of these items again . There is still plenty of time to plan your trip to this year’s Epcot International Food and Wine Festival. So many amazing things to see , explore and try ❤️
