The power of paint is so amazing, it can truly transform a property for better or for worse! 🎨 Picking the right shade is THE most crucial step! We spent soooo much time picking this breezy shade by - ice rink. ✨ This property is right by the beach, so we kept the cool tones for the fence with the gray and added some coastal pops with the white stripes in the front and blue doors. New windows and roof don’t hurt!✨ Curb appeal is imperative to our guests’ first impression and overall feel for their stay. It’s a recipe, & paint is a simple ingredient that can make a big difference! ⁣⁣⁣⁣
