This past weekend we took our oldest to Disney for an extended weekend birthday trip. On Saturday we started the day in Hollywood studios. We purchased multipass a week in advance. We had pre selected rockin roller coaster, toy story mania and tower of terror. We started by heading to star wars land for Rise of the Resistance. Posted wait time was 40 minutes, actual wait time was 20 minutes. We then headed to rockin and tapped in. After using our first lightening lane, I made an evening selection of space mountain over at magic kingdom. We then tapped in for tower of terror. Once we used that, I made another selection in Magic for Big thunder. Tower still had a low wait time so we entered the line again and rode a 2nd time. We spent lots of time in star wars land as that's what my son wanted to do. (Bounty hunting, hacking, shopping etc) We rode toy story mania and then I selected the tomorrow land cars in Magic Kingdom. We enjoyed the Frozen show and some lunch before heading back to the hotel for a quick rest. Around 4/5 we were back up and moving and headed to magic kingdom. We let Lincoln make a speciality popcorn mix over at the confectionery to start the evening and of course grabbed some spring rolls. We tapped in for space mountain and then I selected buzz light year as my next ride. We rode the cars and grabbed Lincoln some dinner before grabbing a spot for the fireworks. After the fireworks we headed to big thunder and I modified my buzz to pirates. We rode our rides and got out around 10pm before the masses hit the buses at close (11pm). Multipass worked out well for us and we kept moving and riding everything we wanted. ❤️

We spent the morning at Animal Kingdom but I told my family I wanted to go see the christmas trees and gingerbread houses at the resorts. We took the bus to Wilderness lodge to look at their tree. From there we took the boat to magic kingdom. We hopped on the monorail and saw the contemporary gingerbread house and bought some goodies. Got back on the monorail and headed to the poly, got a picture of the tree and got back on the monorail. Last stop was the grand floridian where we saw the beautiful tree and HUGE gingerbread house. 10/10 recommended! Now off to enjoy Hollywood studios before we catch our flight.
