Wow! It’s hard to believe we are past our 2nd 🎄Christmas🎄 season with you at the Beachwood Hideaway! This year has been a different one for sure, but there have so many moments of joy for us this 2020 - and I hope you feel the same way!

The 2021 season has opened and we are excited to start seeing reservations come through - we love being a part of your family memories on the beach!

Hey everyone!!!

We have been booked solid all summer long! Praise Jesus! What a year 2020 has been as we launched our first rental home! Thanks for coming along for the ride!!

We have been enjoying notes from people who have rented the Beachwood Hideaway - they have warmed our hearts as they have shared their memories with us!! We hope we can share in your vacation memories someday too!! ❤️

I wanted to hop on here and tell you THE GOOD NEWS!! We have openings starting in September. Come visit 30A in the fall. Our personal favorite time to visit.

1) The weather is still amazing
2) Large tourist crowds have disappeared. It’s quieter and so peaceful
3) The water is also still warm in the ocean!!
4) I could keep going....

❤️About 30A❤️

30A is an idyllic section of villages located along Scenic County 30A Highway in Santa Rosa Beach located in the Panhandle of Florida. Each town has it’s own unique vibe but they all share spectacular sugar sand beaches and calm aqua waters.

There are no chain establishments but rather a unique mixture of eateries from casual to fine dining. There are few independent hotels, but mostly we have private vacation homes, condos, and townhomes; all based on the idea of new urban living.

Things to know when booking a vacation rental on 30A

• Many great houses are located off the beach but within walking distance and mainly in communities with neighborhood pools (some have private pools but they fill up first and fast). Beachfront homes are usually larger and at the very top of the price list.

• Vacation rental prices vary by the time of year and area, but for the most part during season can be from $400-$2000 or more a night depending on location, size, amenities and design. Most but not all rentals require a 7 day stay, and housekeeping and 12% bed tax will be added to your rate

• When you connect with an owner willing to book you directly, you will receive a quote less the booking fee found on major online sites such as VRBO and Airbnb. While this will save you that service fee, the rental will not be thousands less. There are very few if not any deals or last minute discounts.

• 30A often books 6 months in advance. If you want the best selection, start your search by December the year before, for June and July months

• Working directly with the owner has many advantages for both parties. We make new friends and cultivate guests that come back year after year. Dealing directly with the owner also gives you the piece of mind that your vacation will be just what you want it to be.

The beach is ready for you!!!

ALSO, these lovely Blue Buttons are washed up all over the beach after the big surf last weekend. They are related to the Portuguese man-o-war and are actually colonies of individual animals that feed on tiny creatures captured in their tentacles.
