🧡 Today - Join Señor Lopez Pulaski Tn for Trivia Night tonight starting at 7pm! Check out their page for specials.

❤️ Friday - This Friday, The Local Farmer is celebrating Galentine's day! They will be open later than normal, they will have a charcuterie & flower bar, build your own charcuterie bowls, hot chocolate, and more from 4:00pm-7:00pm!

❤️ Also on Friday - Kitchen 218 will have a special Valentine's Day menu on Friday and Saturday. Check out their page for details!

🧡 Saturday - The new Giles County Maker's Market on North 2nd Street is having their soft opening this weekend! Over 40 local vendors in the store with their products being available all in one central location in Historic Downtown Pulaski. Hours will be Monday-Saturday 8:30-7:00.

🧡 Also on Saturday - Dwayne Simmons was the first Black man to join the Martin Methodist (UT Southern) Basketball Team. This weekend, join the Giles County Public Library for an inspiring morning where he will talk about his time on the team at 10:30am!

🧡 Today - Starting today, the Giles County Public Library is running an Art Show celebrating all of the art created in their "Art in Action" classes! Through March 3rd, head over to the library to show these artists some love!

🧡 Tuesday - Wolf Gap is waiting for you to come out and enjoy this unseasonably warm weather! Set up a picnic, grab a spot to bird watch, bring your dog for a stroll, or just enjoy some fresh air.

🧡 Friday - Braise Killen will be playing live music at Kathy’s Bar & Grill on Friday night starting at 7:00pm.

🧡 Saturday - Kayfabe Cave is hosting a Meet & Greet with The Original Midnight Express from 12:00pm - 3:00pm! Preorders available at www.kayfabecave.com

Happy Monday! Here's what you can get into this week:

🧡 Monday - University of Tennessee Southern Fine Arts presents guest artist, Mr. Bruce Irwin. A resident of Prospect, TN, Irwin’s displays will feature several paintings and sculptures in the Gault Fine Arts Gallery. The opening event is free and open to the public from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. Following the opening event, Irwin’s art will remain on display until February 14.

🧡 Tuesday - Join the Giles County Public Library from 5:30-6:30 pm for a Watercolor Forests art class with Caroline Bonner in The Hutton Brown Room. This art class is for adults only, call 931-363-2720 to reserve your spot!

🧡 Also on Tuesday - Calamity Jane Ice Cream is reopening for the season on Tuesday, go and grab a sweet treat and show them some love!

🧡 Thursday - Catch UT Southern Firehawks Basketball vs. Middle Georgia State University at HOME, Women's starting at 5:30pm and Men's at 7:30pm.

Tennessee Music Pathways connects visitors to the stories, places, and sounds that make our state the "Soundtrack of America."

This statewide driving tour highlights landmarks across all 95 counties. These markers celebrate the rich musical history of Tennessee, from birthplaces and first performances to the lasting legacies of music legends.

Here in Pulaski, we’re proud to have two Tennessee Music Pathway markers that honor our musical heritage:

🎶 David Wills
Located on the UT Southern campus, this marker honors David Wills, a Pulaski native who charted 21 records and co-wrote hits for country legends like Garth Brooks, George Strait, and Martina McBride. His contributions continue to resonate in the world of country music.

🎶 Edwin Craig
Located at the Giles County Public Library, this marker pays tribute to Edwin Craig, a broadcasting pioneer who helped launch WSM radio, the home of the Grand Ole Opry, and Nashville’s first TV station. His innovative spirit helped shape Tennessee’s musical and media legacy.

🧡 Today - Schools may be closed, but most businesses have reopened today! Get out and about (if you can safely do so) and support our local businesses!

🧡 Also Today - Head to Señor Lopez Pulaski Tn at 7pm for Trivia Night! They also have drink specials.

🧡 Wednesday - Join the Giles County Public Library for Baby & Lapsit Storytime every third Wednesday from 10:00-11:00am for stories, songs, and toy time for children ages 0-2!

🧡 Friday - It's Comedy Night again at Venue 220 at Kitchen 218 with the hilarious Nashville comedian Amber Autry joined by John Datoy & Paula Kosienski. Hosted by Jon Bass! Doors at 7:30pm. Show at 8pm.

Take an art class, catch some live music, or watch a basketball game this week! Here are the details:

🧡 Tuesday - Giles County Public Library is partnering with The Giles Arts Council for a program called Drawing Basics with Margret! Margret Thomas will be teaching drawing classes on the 1st Tuesdays of every month, where she will share more about the fundamentals of drawing and drawing basics from 5:30-6:30 pm. For adults only. Registration is required, call @ 931-363-2720 to reserve your spot!

🧡 Wednesday - Wednesday is Bingo Night at Señor Lopez Pulaski Tn! Head over at 7pm to join in on the fun.

🧡 Friday - The Tennessean Truck & Travel Stop has events happening all week from karaoke and line dancing to trivia, but on Friday they will have live music with Matt Huddleston!

🧡 Saturday - UT Southern Firehawks Basketball will be playing against Loyola at home this Saturday, Women's starting at 12:00pm and Men's starting at 2:00pm.

🧡 Also on Saturday - 1st American Filling Station has a Cruise In every Saturday morning from 8:00am - 10:00am, rain or shine!
