Here's a fantastic whiskey from West Cork distillery in my words highly underrated beautiful whiskey. To my amazement this Whiskey is at a great price point right now. But even a more fantastic deal is its selling at Lidl shops for a stupid price so if you like whiskey this is well worth buying. So don't waste any time get down and get yourself one or two bottles.

So this is Gibney's bar food and off-licence in a little village in Malahide. This is a nice place for live music food or you can just have few drinks a chill-out and enjoy life. Gibneys is well known on the northside of Dublin. A bus ride or a train ride from the city centre is well worth coming and visiting this beautiful little village that has Malahide castle in it. Yes a famous Castle that you can visit and do a tour of with some beautiful scenery and grounds all around the castle. Then why not walk down to Gibneys and have some food or just a little drink and then back home on the bus or the train. The bus and train leave you in the centre of Malahide Village. There are lots of places to eat and some fantastic restaurants with lots of different styles of food as well as one or two Coffee shops where you can get a takeaway sandwich tea and a coffee. Now here's a Mexican Treat full of flavour well presented beautiful taste to wake up the senses and bring you on a little trip. There's enough for two people as long as you're not to Hungary. You could eat by hands but after having it myself I recommend you use the knife and fork. Pineapple pink the Malahide Road. My Ireland my review. Ooooo the coffee is good.

My Ireland highly recommends if you come to midleton. Do the midleton Jameson tour. But before have something to eat in Bayleaf Bistro in the village wonderful atmosphere wonderful people who run it and beautiful food and good value. This is the number one golf course in Ireland it is a links golf course Portmarnock golf club is the name. Built-in 1894 it sits on the Old Jameson land that is the Jameson whiskey distillery family. It is a fine golf course and over the years during the period of the 1980s it held the Irish Open that was sponsored by Carol's the cigarette company. Portmarnock golf club is close to the airport is close to Dublin city and it's close to Howth where there is Great fish restaurants it's also close to the village of Malahide which has some fantastic restaurant and Bars. One particular bar in Malahide is called Gibneys where I know some famous golfers have gone and had a nice pint of Guinness. If you're a golfer this is a must golf course to play. And while you're playing golf your wife can have a little trip into Dublin city Malahide for a little bit of lunch and light SHOPPING. PLEASE SHARE THIS PAGE.

Please share My Ireland page. Johnnie fox's pub in the heart of the Dublin mountains. You can take the bus to Johnnie fox's from Dublin city centre. you can drive your car or you can take the motorbike or if you're feeling energetic you can cycle. It is like stepping back in time they do wonderful food during the day. They have a fantastic dinner menu in the evening time they also have ceilidh music and Irish dancing in the evening time and sometimes during the day. There is beautiful walks and scenery all around the area of Johnnie fox's pub. This is a must if you're a visitor to Ireland if you're staying in the Dublin city take some chill Time Out make your way to Johnnie fox's even a taxi will bring you back if you miss the last bus. Lunchtime dinner time whatever time make it at Johnnie fox's time

When in Dublin. Visit Dublin Liberty distilleries lovely bar inside great products whisky is top class. This is a must visit when covid-19 is gone. Great spot in the heart of old Dublin. Lots of history and interesting facts about the liberties and why they called all their whiskeys like oak devil copper alley. A must see.

So My Ireland here's a beautiful piece of History. This little church was built in 1140 AD St Dolough's Church. It's on the Malahide Road out of Dublin city., it's a beautiful little church inside it's a must see if you're staying in the city centre you can get the Bus number 42 which will drop you beside., I believe you can ring to walk around inside it and I think it's open in the summertime to view. It is still a work in church and services are on a Sunday.

So when you're staying in Dublin he's a great place to go. You will need a car to get to powerscourt. Powerscourt has its own distillery with some fine whiskies and some nice tastings. The hotel is a place of luxury and wonderful place to stay with fine dining. If you're interested in golf the golf course is a class golf course well worth playing. You can do a day visit you can stay overnight you can walk around the grounds or you can go visit distillery but this is a wonderful place to just spend part of your day. If you're travelling to Waterford or Wexford you will be passing by powerscourt so it's well worth dropping in on your way past. I highly recommend this spot you will have a wonderful day out.

So in the pictures we have trim Castle. Trim castle was used in the movie Brave heart. And lots of locals were extras in the movie. So lots of stories to tell you could drop into the judge and jury for a beer and hear some stories. Trim Castle is one of the bigger castles in Ireland even if it is mostly a ruin. We dropped in to the harvest bakery and coffee shop in Trim Village within walking distance of the castle itself. Highly recommend the coffee here they make their own cakes their own bread and jams too. Do drop in and buy some of Irish homemade cakes jams or bread you will enjoy so much. We took a nice spin to visit the Castle stayed off the motorways. After trim Castle we continued on to kilbeggan distillery passing by tyrrellspass Castle. This is a small Castle but well worth a stop off and have a coffee. All the roads we travelled passed through some lovely little villages very enjoyable drive. Highly recommend kilbeggan distillery for the Tour of a really old distillery and even to pick up some of their beautiful whiskeys and specially the twelve-year-old Connemara whiskey highly recommended. The Connemara peated whisky is great for making whisky sours. Hope this helps somebody with a visit to Ireland. Please share and like this page.

Foynes now he's a great place to go. foynes has an airship Museum because this is where they used to fly into the Shannon from the USA. It's a small town with great history also in the museum there's a floor dedicated to Maureen O'Hara some great memorabilia. The museum is fantastic I had a great time going around looking at the history. They have the Yankee clipper airship on the premises. It was great to go inside the flying boat and see the luxury and comfort that people would have travelled in. it was fantastic Also there's a cafeteria that does fantastic breakfast in the morning and lunches during the day. There's two pubs in the village and they do accommodation not expensive quite basic but comfortable and warm. One of them does pub food which is really good and very enjoyable. If you're riding a bike they are biker friendly and will do their best to look after you and accommodate your Bike.

So here's a piece of history for all you wanna be discovers of Ireland. Slane Hill a must to visit. Every year on Slane Hill they light the Easter fires. just as Saint Patrick did in 433. If you don't get there at Easter time for the fire. it's a must visit beautiful views over the Boyne Valley down into Drogheda. The views over all the land will show you where the battle of the Boyne happened a bloody fight a bloody War. Its not too far from Slane Castle another must to visit that has its own distillery Slane whiskey and Famous every year for holding a rock concert.

A must for all Coffee Lovers. Il Panorama Portmarnock and Howth. Highly recommended for coffee sandwiches and a nice little treat. At night time pizza lovley remember you can not book a Table.

This is a must if your a round Portmarnock. Great food inported from Italy. The Panini is so good. The Fitzz breakfast you will like. Great coffee. Great atmosphere so good at night. The pizza is amazing. Rember you can not book a Table. So be prepared to wait.

So what can I say about this place. But the name says a lot the underground venue. It's one of those old time places that lot of bands played in over time. Then it was reopened by Abner Brown well-known in Dublin city for loving music and live bands. Also has the barber shop where he would entertain and have live bands playing in the evening time. So he has put an awful lot of time into the underground venue to make it work. And I must say it has bands from all walks of Life. playing music to sued the soul. So if you're looking for live music a lively bar and not expensive entrance fee this is the place for you. a great little bar not very big great entertainment and it's a place to go when you're in Dublin city., so please share let people know about this leave a comment if you have been in the underground so to let people know how good it is.
